Delete Your Account

If you are signed in, you can delete your account immediately below. If you are not signed in or encounter any issues, use the email option further down this page.

Confirm account deletion

This is permanent and cannot be undone. All your referral links, profile data, and dashboard history will be removed. Earnings records are retained for IRS compliance as described below.

Delete by Email

If you cannot sign in, send an email to support@pulsoearn.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include:

  • The email address registered to your account.
  • Confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted.

We will process your request within 10 business days and send you a confirmation email when complete.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your login credentials and session tokens — revoked immediately.
  • Your ambassador profile, bio, and contact information.
  • Your referral links and link performance data.
  • Your dashboard activity and usage data.

What We Are Required to Retain

Certain data must be retained after account deletion due to legal and tax compliance obligations:

  • Earnings and commission records — retained for a minimum of 7 years per IRS requirements for 1099 reporting purposes.
  • W-9 and contractor agreement data — retained by Docuseal per their data retention policies and IRS requirements.
  • Disbursement provider records — retained by the provider per their data retention policies and financial regulations if a future disbursement phase is enabled.

Retained records are kept in a read-only archive and are not used for any marketing or analytics purposes after your account is closed.

Tracked Commission Records

If you have confirmed commissions under review at the time of your deletion request, contact support@pulsoearn.app to coordinate record retention and account closure.

Commissions still in the hold period or commissions flagged for fraud review remain subject to the standard hold and review process.

Data Deletion Request (CCPA / GDPR)

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA) or an EU/EEA/UK resident (GDPR), you may submit a formal data deletion request. The same email process above applies. We will respond to verified requests within the legally required timeframe:

  • CCPA: Within 45 days (extendable by 45 days with notice).
  • GDPR: Within 30 days (extendable by 2 months with notice).

We will delete or anonymize your data subject to the retention exceptions described above. We will confirm in writing when deletion is complete.
