Copyright Policy

PulsoEarn respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) (DMCA). We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing.

Designated DMCA Agent

Our designated agent for DMCA notices is the founder/operator of PulsoEarn. Send notices to: dmca@pulsoearn.app

Founder action required: Register PulsoEarn as a DMCA service provider at copyright.gov/dmca-agent before accepting user-generated content. Registration costs $6/year and is required to qualify for DMCA safe harbor protection.

What to Include in a Takedown Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid DMCA takedown notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the platform.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Repeat Infringer Policy

PulsoEarn will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We maintain a record of all valid DMCA takedown requests.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction. Send counter-notices to dmca@pulsoearn.app.

Misrepresentation Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
