Founder action required: Register PulsoEarn as a DMCA service provider at copyright.gov/dmca-agent before accepting user-generated content. Registration costs $6/year and is required to qualify for DMCA safe harbor protection.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid DMCA takedown notice must include:
PulsoEarn will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We maintain a record of all valid DMCA takedown requests.
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
